Reframe your world, experience it differently...

Welcome to Reframe Counseling + Coaching, conveniently located in the heart of the Bay Area between highways 101 and 92.   Reframe knows that counseling and professional coaching can change your life.

Whenever possible we strive to engage in time-limited therapy.  After our free initial phone assessment, you’ll know how many sessions we recommend from the outset, with the understanding that you can opt to change this as we revisit our progress. Reframe provides you with a clear treatment plan, a personalized method to reach your goals, and initiate frequent progress reports.

The practice prides itself on using a strengths-based approach – acknowledging that life is hard, but that our innate strengths and positive qualities are exactly those that can help us move through life, make better choices, repair broken relationships, and face hard realities wisely.  Most Importantly. Reframe challenges you to see your world differently.  We aim to help our clients in a safe environment while offering comprehensive care.  By combining the latest research with traditional techniques, we give our clients the best care in Northern California.

Lee Daniel Kravetz, MA, LMFT (#94636)

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#94636), I approach the counseling and coaching experience with a strength-based method.  So often we hear about psychology in terms of the negative – depression, anxiety, existential angst that everyone faces.  Yes, life can be hard, but our innate strengths and positive qualities are exactly those that will help us move through life, make better choices, repair broken relationships, and face hard realities wisely.  I received a Master's Degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University,  and completed three years of post-graduate work at Stanford University Hospital and the VA Palo Alto/National Center for PTSD.  My work has been featured in TIME magazine, Psychology Today, INC Magazine, the Harvard Business Review, and Fast Company, and I have appeared on the Oprah Network and NPR's Forum, talking about my approach to positive psychology. I am also the author of the international bestselling books Strange Contagion and Supersurvivors: The Surprising Link Between Suffering & Success, translated into ten languages.
